Joyce welcomes Tenby Post Office upgrade

News that Tenby Post Office will be upgraded next month has been welcomed by Assembly Member Joyce Watson.
The Warren Street branch will be changed to one of the Post Office’s new ‘main-style’ branches, offering customers a full range of products and services in a more modern open plan space. It will open longer – until 5.30pm – on Saturdays, and selected Post Office services will also be available at the retail counter during shop opening hours.
Mrs Watson commented:
“This is very welcome news. Longer Saturday opening will be especially convenient for lots of people. It is good to see the Post Office investing in our communities, providing important financial services.”
The new-look Post Office is scheduled to open on Friday 21 February at 1pm – it will close for refurbishment on Tuesday 18 February at 5.30pm. Customers are advised to use nearby post office services in New Hedges or Saundersfoot during the refurbishment.
