Joyce Watson AM's comment on Cambrian Windows job losses

Commenting on the news that Pembroke Dock manufacturer Cambrian Windows is to close with the loss of 120 jobs, Mid and West Wales AM Joyce Watson said:
“We knew this was on the cards, but it is still terrible news for the workers and their families, and a big blow to the area. These are skilled and valuable workers that the Pembrokeshire economy can ill-afford to lose.
“The Welsh Government must do everything within its powers to support everyone who lost their job today, including help with training so Cambrian Windows workers can find new employment.”
Joyce, who chairs the Assembly’s cross-party group for the construction industry, continued:
“Sadly, it is an extremely difficult time for the construction industry and jobs losses are a consequence of lack of demand.
